2017 Pearl Chardonnay
Pale yellow straw in color with alluring aromatics of lemon curd, wet stone with a hint of vanilla and honeysuckle. In the mouth, bright acidity on the approach is richly balanced by a smooth mid-palate and is beautifully enhanced with a long finish. This is an excellent food wine that, while accessible now, will develop beautifully in the cellar; nicely for the next fifteen years plus.
