2012 Pinot Noir
Alyssa is beautiful in the glass, aromatic and full in the mouth. In the glass, the wine exhibits a dark ruby and garnet hue with violet undertones. The rich nose is laced with aromas of warm toast, black cherry, anise and coffee. The attack on the pallet is of bright fruit with notes of cherry and strawberry, rounded out with smooth tannins and bright acidity. Although crafted with an eye for 15 to 18 years of ageing, this wine will be approachable early.
