2016 Bella Pinot Noir
Bella dances in your glass with bright garnet hues to greet your eye as the wine swirls in your glass. This dance begins with a hint of delicately dried roses, fresh wet slate, Montmorency cherries, orange peel, cola and leather. Then sliding into an approach rich with fruit and savory spices such as nutmeg, marjoram and clove. The finish will linger with fine notes of a memorable dark chocolate and a hint of bacon. Every year we delight in finding and blending our favorite barrels of 777 and 115 Dijon clones for the Bella. Approachable now, but she will cellar nicely for fifteen plus years.
