2022 Nipple Hill Pinot Noir
Bright ruby color in the glass. This nose is perfumed with lavender and dried roses and layered with earthy spices of cinnamon, sandalwood and savory. The attack is one of sweet stone fruits and spice with bright acidity, while the tannins are smooth and silky and provide a lingering finish loaded with elegant complexity.
Crafted in an old-world style using one-ton French oak barrels as our fermentation vessels specifically for this wine.
